5 stars! Bought the Lynx Portable back Stretcher on Amazon a few weeks back. I have 2 troublesome discs that give me a numbing pain in my lower back when I play too vigorously with my 6 year old. Previously I would have had to go to the Physio for a session of traction, but now I can take a few minutes at home and stretch out the spine using the Lynx. 10 minutes and I am good for another couple weeks.
